Toes on Tuesday!

My mommeh says she likes it when I sit down on her bed, because I always cross my feets like a lady should. She says it is polite - I know I have good manners, mommeh!
And there are my feets again, but not so well-mannered this time. I like to lay on top of that cabinet there. The light bulb is warmie, and I just relax and let my feets and tail do whatever they want.

Well, just to update: My mommeh has been verreh sick, and I have been verreh bad! We have not visited anybody's bloggies in over a week I think, and I am very crabilated about that. Not only was mommeh practically dying, she said I was punished for being such a naughty girl this week so she would not help me get on the computer. Can you believe that?! I did not even do anything. I was helping, because I broked a bunch of stuff that was not very important and was definitely just taking up valuable space.

  1. Oh, dear, we're sorry your mom has been so sick and hope she's starting to feel better now. We're sure you were a great help, breaking things that were taking up valuable space! Your mom probably just didn't quite understand how helpful you really were--being sick no doubt was making her brain a bit fuzzy. ;-)

You should actually be rewarded for breaking up stuff that you do not need anyway.

  8. Uh-oh, we cats just never learn not to break anything taking up space. Humans love space wasters. We could put the spaces to better use -- a nap -- but we have to stay in their good graces since we can't open our own cans.

We are sorry your mom has been so sick. We hope she is getting well quickly now.

Sam says, Thanks for the birthday wish. And Buddy says, Thanks for trying to make me feel better.

  11. Oh Attie we hope your mom feels better soon! And we totally don't get why you were in trouble - we knock stuff down all the time (although it usually doesn't break). WE think it is because she was sick - that is why you got in trouble. Being sick makes moms crabby!

  12. There is something odd here, Attie. How is it that if she was dying, she still had the presence of mind to punish you for doing absolutely NOTHING!?!

  13. We are very sorry your Mom has been sick. We hope she is feeling much better now!

You were only breaking things to see if she was still alive! All those crashes kept her heart going! ;)

We think it is cute that you cross your feets!

  16. Sorry to hear your mom was sick -- I hope she's feeling better now. Maybe everything seems worse when you are sick, and that's why your mom is crabby at you.

I think you are very feminine and well-mannered. Dangling your toes and tail over a cabinet was still quite circumspect.

  18. Attie, I am with you on breaking stuff that is just taking up valuable space, BUT, I also know that when my Mom is sick, I should try not to break anything (save that for when Mom is well) because I noticed that it make Mom even more sick...in the heart and I get really sad when she is sick in the heart. I hope your Mom is not sick in the heart...if she is, maybe go get a ray of sunshine and bring it to her. If she is sick with a cold, go sit with her and keep her warm...that is what we kitties do best.
