Not Quite Wordless Wednesday: Mommeh's Bath.

I am soooooooo sorreh that Baby Audrey and I have not been posting or visiting! My mommeh has got the sickies - you know, the pukeys and the hurties and the sniffies and all that rotten stuff beans get. We are doing our verreh bestest to be good nurse-kittehs. I helped her to run a bath the other night, to relax her, but before she could get in, the Baby had to check it out. I was waiting for her to fall in, truthfully, so I keeped an eye on her.

Can you hear me in the background? I was giving her little warnings when she gotted too close to the bubbles. The last thing we need around here is another wet kitten incident, like the time with the toilet! I like water, but I am pretteh sure by now that Baby Audrey does not.
(Stoopid blogger video upload would not work - had to use Viddler again, so sorreh for the ickish quality.)

  5. Audrey is growing fast!

We loved that photo with her paw in the water, in the background, with Attie in the foreground. And the video was great, watching her fascination with the bubbles.

Lots of healing purrs to your mom, we hope she feels better soon!

  6. Wow! Look how Baby Audrey has grown. When we were locked up she was tiny and you wanted to nom her. You are a very good sister protecting her. Bath bubbles are very fun to play with.

  7. We can see the attraction to the bubbles, but the water just kinda puts a 'damp' on all the fun they offer! We hope your Momma is very soon feeling better. We're sure that all your nursing helps A LOT! Extra purrs to good health, Lautrec and Tiny

  11. It's kinda cool isn't it Audrey? The first time I saw Meowm fill up our tub I was very intrigued. And after she got out and some of the water had drained...I got in. The water covered up all of my legs, and I had fun sniffing it out. I haven't done that since though.~~Junior

We hope your Mom feels better! And good job Attie....you are a great big sister!

  14. Sorry that your mom isn't feeling well, and we hope she gets better real soon. A bath is always soothing (except if it's accidental).

Attie, you are such a good big sister to snoopervise Audrey like that, and give her warnings.

It's amazing that the little one didn't fall in -- she is supurr curious, isn't she? What a funny little girl!
